The construction of Luhu Central Town in Guanhu Subdistrict, Longhua District has been accelerated as recent work on several fixed-asset investment projects in the area has been progressing smoothly.

Among the projects, the main structure of the Longhua Ping An Hospital (Longhua Comprehensive Hospital) has been completed while the construction on the Guanhu Culture, Art and Sports Hall and Lanxing School has entered the pile foundation engineering stage. What’s more, construction projects on a library, a cultural hall and a theater in the area are scheduled to kicked off in the third quarter of this year.

Luhu Central Town has been designated as one of the key construction areas in Longhua District in the city’s 14th Five-Year Plan that was issued this June, which has attracted a number of public well-being and industrial projects, including the renovation project on Lanqing No.3 Road, Jingxiu Science Park, the headquarters of JIESHUN technology, and the creative industrial park of Yongfengyuan Auratic.
